Alexandra Dean and Adam Haggiag are founding partners in the company with Sarandon. Katherine Drew is the company’s Head of Development.

Reframed Pictures is currently working on an American Masters documentary that tells the remarkable life story of Hollywood actress and inventor, Hedy Lamarr.

Lamarr, the Hollywood bombshell who was called “the most beautiful woman in the world” and starred alongside Hollywood giants like Spencer Tracy, Jimmy Stewart and Clark Gable, invented and patented a wireless form of communication called “frequency hopping” that revolutionized mobile communications all over the world, a feat that would lead to the creation of wireless phones, Bluetooth networks, GPS devices and Wi-Fi technology. Lamarr died in 2000, and received no monetary compensation for this invention and little notoriety for her ingenious patent. This documentary is intended to bring Lamarr the recognition she has long-since deserved. The film is slated for completion in Fall 2016 for a theatrical release and will air on PBS American Masters in Spring 2017.
